Associate, Achievement First Charter Schools (2021 – Present)
As a member of the School Operations team, support the network of 41 public charter schools across CT, NY & RI in issues of public health and school security. Manage the team’s databases on positive case reporting, emergency drill compliance, and various areas of school safety assessment.

Co-Deputy Director, Human Trafficking Center (2020 – 2021)
Supervised the staff to ensure all responsibilities and tasks are completed in a timely manner by setting deadlines, providing feedback and following up. Supported individual staff professional goals through 1-on-1 meetings and professional development courses.

Webmaster & Alliance Coordinator, Genocide Watch (2020)
Worked to develop stronger relationships with member organizations of the Alliance Against Genocide. Maintained the Alliance website and updated Genocide Watch’s website.

Operations Associate, Human Trafficking Center (2019 – 2020)
Supported the research team, assisted the Deputy Director with general inter-departmental needs, supervised the operations of HTC social media accounts, and supported event and outreach staff. 

Administrative Assistant, Conflict Resolution Institute (2019 – 2020)
Helped organize events pertaining to conflict resolution, restorative justice and negotiation. Maintained CRI’s social media through Facebook and Twitter. Compiled, edited, and contributed to the quarterly newsletter.
